Hey-Hey-Ho Trio Band and Karate America Pewaukee at Japan Fest

前回までブースの紹介をして来ましたが、今度はステージ出演者の紹介です。

まず最初は、今年初めて参加していただく、Hey-Hey-Ho Trio BandとKarate America Pewaukeeです。

まずは、Hey-Hey-Ho Trio Band!  

シカゴ郊外Schaumburgで活動中の女性ボーカル、ギター、パーカッションのトリオバンド。日本の歌謡曲をJapanese Soul Musicとして皆様に披露します。「舟唄」「与作」「夜桜お七」「天城越え」皆様、お馴染みな曲をどう演奏してくださるのか、楽しみですね。

 

We introduced booths vender before.  Now, we move on to the stage performers.  First, let us introduce groups that are new to the Japan Fest.

 

Hey-Hey-Ho Trio Band

We started out as a casual gathering of three friends playing music together in Schaumburg, IL.

Guitar played by Hosho, accompanied by vocalist, Hisako and her husband, Jumpei, on percussion, the band plays a collection of Enka (Japanese ballad music) inspired songs with a little bit of soul into their arrangement that makes them unique and fun to listen to!

 

もう一つの新しいグループはKarate America Pewaukeeです。

 

Karate America はミルウォーキ周辺に１５年間、子供から大人までカラテを教えている団体です。

今回は、子供たちによる、空手のパフォーマンです。最後には希望する子供たちが空手にトライするデモもあります。興味があるお子さんたち、是非、前に出て来てください！

Karate America has been inspiring confidence in students of all ages in the greater Milwaukee area for over 15 years.

Children will perform karate and the audiences can try karate at the end.
